Funding for the 2010 March Summer Festival was less of a problem than in the past, as in addition to the usual support from March Town Council, Fenland Arts Association and Fenland District Council, we also received much help from local businesses and organisations, particularly Next Steps Community Care (who gave a very generous donation). We were also given a reduced rate for our PRS license.
However we are always on the lookout for sponsors for individual performances, aspects of the event or advertisers for our programme, so if you run a business that would like to help, in return for generous publicity (and possibly your company banner displayed at the event) please get in touch.
Similarly if you would like to help with stewarding (for both the parade and the weekend in the Park), rigging or de-rigging for the stage events, or anything else come to think of it we would love to hear from you.
